Kraft Heinz has made different colored ketchups which is eye catching for young children and makes them recognize the brand. The launch of the dip and squeeze ketchup package was a big step for Heinz as well. In the 19th Century, Heinz was the first food company that started packaging sauces and condiments into glass jars, which made the customer more applicable to purchase the items because they could see exactly what they were purchasing and there was no false advertising.
Heinz introduced “Baby at home”, which were food products for young babies that parents could purchase. Kraft Heinz has moved into direct marketing which has gained consumer trust, and Heinz created a magazine called “Heinz at Home” which is sent to 4 million customers annually.
Kraft Heinz old logo used to be red with white lettering, which stood out, however their new logo is more interesting and goes better with each product. The new logo is black lettering with green and gold outline and has an eye catching look.
Some other marketing tools that Kraft Heinz uses are:
- Better for you menu mix
- CorporateCatering
- Creating Specials
- Social Media
- Make customers regular
- Kitchens connected
Heinz tries to produce products that are needed in society. They provide food services and products to other companies and businesses, increasing their profits and helping to bring in new customers.
